These Terms explain the role of the website, the authority required to submit files, how project information may be used, and when a manufacturing commitment is formed.

Operator legal identity, registered address, governing law, dispute venue, and effective date remain unconfirmed and are not invented on this page.

Website and RFQ purpose
- The Forgevian website provides information about manufacturing capabilities and a structured way to request an engineering review.
- Submitting an RFQ does not guarantee feasibility, capacity, pricing, lead time, acceptance, or production. Each request remains subject to manual review and written confirmation.
- You must provide information that is accurate enough for the requested review and promptly correct material errors you identify.

Authority to upload files
- You may upload CAD files, drawings, specifications, and supporting documents only when you own them or have sufficient authority to share them for manufacturing evaluation.
- You must not upload content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, export-control, or other legal rights.
- You remain responsible for deciding whether a file is suitable to share before submission.

Limited use of submitted information
- You grant Forgevian a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, copy, transmit, and internally review submitted information only as reasonably necessary to evaluate the RFQ, communicate with you, prepare a quotation, secure the service, and support work you later authorize.
- This permission does not transfer ownership of your designs or authorize public marketing use.
- Service providers may process the information only to provide hosting, database, storage, authentication, security, or transactional-email services supporting this workflow.

Confidentiality and NDA boundary
- Project information is handled through private storage and controlled internal access, but website submission alone does not create a separate non-disclosure agreement or customer-supplier relationship.
- If a project requires a binding NDA or project-specific confidentiality terms, those terms must be separately reviewed and signed by authorized representatives.
- Do not submit information requiring protections beyond these Terms until the relevant written agreement is in place.

Quotations and contracts
- A quotation, estimate, engineering comment, or feasibility discussion is not a binding manufacturing contract unless the parties complete the applicable written acceptance or ordering process.
- Pricing, production timing, materials, tolerances, inspection scope, logistics, and commercial assumptions are project-specific and may change when requirements change or new information becomes available.
- If an accepted order has separate commercial terms, those project-specific terms govern to the extent they conflict with these website Terms.

Manufacturing responsibility
- You are responsible for defining product requirements, intended use, safety-critical characteristics, regulatory needs, validation plans, and acceptance criteria.
- Forgevian does not represent that a general website description makes a part suitable for a particular application, regulated use, or production environment.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and pre-contract engineering information are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Intellectual property
- You retain ownership of intellectual property in files and project information you submit, subject to the limited operational permission described above.
- Forgevian retains rights in its website, brand assets, original content, software, workflow design, and general manufacturing know-how that does not disclose your protected project information.
- Neither party receives rights to the other party’s trademarks, patents, copyrights, or confidential information except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Restricted content and export controls
- You must not use the service for unlawful products, prohibited technical data, sanctioned transactions, weapons-related activity, or controlled items when the required authorization has not been obtained.
- You are responsible for identifying export, sanctions, end-use, end-user, import, and technology-transfer restrictions relevant to your submission.
- Forgevian may decline, suspend, or request additional information for a request that creates a legal, safety, security, or compliance concern.

Liability boundary
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither the website nor an unaccepted RFQ creates liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
- Liability for accepted manufacturing work should be addressed by the project-specific quotation, order, or written agreement.

Applicable law and updates
- The operator-specific governing law and dispute venue have not yet been designated and will not be inferred from the brand name, website domain, hosting location, or a user’s location.
- Until those terms are formally published, mandatory laws that apply to the relevant activity and cannot be contractually excluded remain unaffected.
- These Terms may be updated to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. Material changes will be presented through an updated version of this page.

Share the requirement when the project is ready for review.
Provide the intended process, material, quantity, timeline, and optional CAD files. Submission begins an engineering evaluation, not an automatic quotation.
